Great price. Easy access. Signing up was a breeze.

I had booked my storage unit at a particular rate in September. I then got a notification not even 6 months later in December that was a 30 day notice my rate was going to nearly double and significantly higher priced than the market. But it was going to be too difficult to remove everything from the storage unit and go to another facility because I travel for work and was in the process of trying to purchase a house so I didn’t have a home to move the stuff out of the unit. It felt a lot like entrapment and I didn’t have a choice. I definitely won’t use again and recommend to others to not use CubeSmart in the future if they aren’t going to be transparent about the cost upfront.

Corey does a nice job plowing the snow and keeping the gate operational. He was always helpful.

The score absolutely would’ve been higher, but I was a little put off when my bill went up $19 without any notice. In the past I’ve always gotten an email or a phone call about a price change, but I didn’t receive one this time. The staff was always very friendly and helpful anytime I had questions.

Increased prices every other month. Attached a $110 lien fee on top of a $62 late fee for being 14 days late on payment. District manager was less than helpful. Upon moving out noticed half my belongings were damaged due to the weather strip on the door was missing. Lost hundreds of dollars if not thousand worth of my belongings.
