I was super irritated with the price of the unit steadily going up pretty much for no reason I think 7999 right in there maybe 85 something like that when I moved out it was 130 and for my size storage unit I’m pretty sure that was just unacceptable and far too expensive for my needs.

Prices increase with out warning or notice that they are going to increase. You get charged a processing fee on the app that makes it even more expensive but if you go in and pay it its the same price each time. Theres hardly ever anyone in the office to pay your storage in cash. We had to go back 3 different times to pay our unit one month. Hours arent posted on the door either.

It’s fine, storage units are the expected size, but looks like it wasn’t swept out, and the door is dented and doesn’t look particularly strong. It’ll work for the time being, since I’m moving into the area. No major complaints really, security seems good.

I had booked my storage unit at a particular rate in September. I then got a notification not even 6 months later in December that was a 30 day notice my rate was going to nearly double and significantly higher priced than the market. But it was going to be too difficult to remove everything from the storage unit and go to another facility because I travel for work and was in the process of trying to purchase a house so I didn’t have a home to move the stuff out of the unit. It felt a lot like entrapment and I didn’t have a choice. I definitely won’t use again and recommend to others to not use CubeSmart in the future if they aren’t going to be transparent about the cost upfront.
