Did nothing about the rat problem. I spoke to people in the office several times. My storage unit was filled with rat feces and urine. I was changed twice one month and never got refunded.

Because the lights and some of the A/C units did not work in building for the last month that we used this unit. Hallways were dark and of you went during the afternoon, the hallways and units would get too warm during the afternoon when we needed to work with some of the contents of the unit.

I rented 2 storage units 0007 & 0013 on 5/28/26 and 5/26/26 respectively. There were no lights in the alley way and was informed that it will be fixed in 2-4 days. As of today (6/22/26), it is not fixed. Both units started showing rodent droppings and activity within 2 days and is getting worse day by day. Unit 0007 got flooded and damaged some of my boxes. So, I decided to move out of 0007. To move out it took 1.5 hrs for the staff to close my account. Extremely poor service.

I've been a customer for years. I have two, same size rooms, that match the room I just rented. The other two rooms are significantly higher in rent. Lower my rent on those two rooms to match my newly rented, same size room, and I'll have a better score. It's not fair. Treat me fairly.

Miss communication with office staff about the lock on my storage unit

Very inconvenient location, not well kept and way over priced. I told management a year ago about a large hole in the ceiling, plus all the rodent droppings. No response. When I pulled out there was insulation on the floor plys a ton of rodent droppingswhen O swrpt it out.plus
