everyone that i have had dealings with were great to work with!the only drawback is a leak that occurred in one corner of the unit which has damaged several boxes. once able to unpack those boxes i will see if anything has been damaged inside them. there was also some damage to an antique dresser which i will need to have repaired. hopefully the insurance that i have been paying will help on this.Chester Boyd

The unit was great as were all the people I dealt with. My biggest complaint is all the rate hikes. I understand maybe raising it a bit annually but my rate went up substantially and multiple times in just 1 year. It felt predatory and pushed me to move out quicker than I would have.
