everyone that i have had dealings with were great to work with!the only drawback is a leak that occurred in one corner of the unit which has damaged several boxes. once able to unpack those boxes i will see if anything has been damaged inside them. there was also some damage to an antique dresser which i will need to have repaired. hopefully the insurance that i have been paying will help on this.Chester Boyd

The unit was great as were all the people I dealt with. My biggest complaint is all the rate hikes. I understand maybe raising it a bit annually but my rate went up substantially and multiple times in just 1 year. It felt predatory and pushed me to move out quicker than I would have.

I was mislead on discount price when moved from 5x10 to 10x10. My bill did not match what I was told

My unit got broken in to and about $30k of my tools stolen and then they decided to raise my rent the next month. Good job cube smart. Cameras are horrible and blurry they can’t even see the face of the thieves. What a joke
