Very inconvenient location, not well kept and way over priced. I told management a year ago about a large hole in the ceiling, plus all the rodent droppings. No response. When I pulled out there was insulation on the floor plys a ton of rodent droppingswhen O swrpt it out.plus

Matt the manager was very helpful. He showed me two different units and helped me decide which one would be the best for me. The property is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend CubeSmart in Lewisville.

My Unit #216 was Robbed!!! Stole a 2008 E250 Van (3) Storage Gang Boxes Full Of Tools, (30) 6',8',12' Step Ladders and multiple partial reels of 1/0,4/0, 500mcm copper wiring. Unfortunately Your Store Manager can not review Security Tape from Security Cameras Mounted 70' away???Definitely Will Not Recommend Any Of Your Facilities

Great service and very clean lot

Bad experience from the start. The unit I reserved online was listed incorrectly and the manager would not honor the unit and price reserved and said that was out of his control what’s listed and didn’t even offer anything to make the situation better. This ended up with paying more for a unit. The reason I moved out was due to a customer service representative that I spoke to on the phone. My cancer came back pretty hard and I was in the hospital for a little over 15 days. During this time my payment became late due to the situation. I had asked the representative if he could waive the late fee due to my cancer putting me in the hospital, his response shocked me. He told me “well we all have bills and we enter agreements for services and we have to keep them”. He went on to say “that it’s my responsibility to plan ahead so emergencies do not affect my agreements”. I was floored and dumbfounded that this would be the response from a customer service representative when you are advertising having the best service of any other storage facility. I have posted this story everywhere and will never rent from cube smart again.
