Price raised multiple times and stayed higher than completion for same size unit. Terrible business

Rates got into my storage and which was the reason for my move as well as the cost was too high. I move to carrollton to a storage facility which was for a bigger unit and saved 100 or more a month. But the customer service at your facility was outstanding by your manager

I had a great experience at this storage facility, thanks to the ladies in the office, especially the manager, she was very efficient, professional, and tried her best to coordinate our needs. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the storage unit that fit us perfectly. I really appreciate her excellent customer service!

I made a reservation at Publix storage went to go reserve it the same day and they didn’t even know what the fuck I was talking about called you guys. You guys got me a unit within 30 minutes 10 out of 10 public storage is trash. You guys are great.
