I liked the facility however they would not accept my mothers renters insurance documents so we were charged for insurance every month when it wasn’t necessary

Rodent infestation.

Because of the two very unprofessional women in your front office at this location. I needed to hold over a week due to the ice storm in Dallas. They let me and proceeded to charge me a full month of insurance. I had major rodent infestation in my unit. They could care less. I will be contacting corporate about Michelle and Kayleigh. They threatened me that if I didn't pay the charges due it would affect my credit.

I went to retrieve an item that I sold on line from my unit, an my lock had been replace because of an "Update/new paint and locks" and I couldn't open it. I was never notified or contacted about such update. The office was closed so I called the number posted on the door and nobody answered. I had to refund the money and lost the sale.Total an complete unprofessional way to conduct storage business. I can't wait to empty my other 2 units.Definitely I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone !I

The staff at my location is amazing... I give them a 10!As far as this property, the climate control aspect could be better. The HVAC system doesn't seem to be properly distributed throughtout and some don't work.Unfortunately with CubeSmart, it seems the rates go up significantly, every 2-4 months. It's not good for long-term clients. Also, the corporate customer service should be better. I reached out to the corporate customer service regarding a matter and no one ever responded via email or phone.

I merely upgraded to a larger unit. Very easy process. Thanks for updating the roller doors on this original unit.
