Excellent staff. Ease of setting up a unit and very helpful employees. Very friendly, helpful and informative. Very professional service. We’ve gone back for storage 2 more times.

Always welcomed when cominginto office. Always took care of me and others even if they were short staffed. Awesome location right off interstate.easy to get help when through app or phone call.

The price of my unit became too expensive ($175). When I compared my cost to other storage companines, it was more expensive than every site I checked... sometimes TWICE as much as the same size unit at another company.Also, I canceled my unit a few weeks ago BEFORE my next payment date. I sent an email to the store and left TWO voice messages to the manager and never heard back. When I got an email that my payment was late, I called customer support and they told me my unit had been canceled. They were very nice and helpful.

Very friendly and professional staff. We just love the people that work there. They were so helpful, pleasant and informative. Made our moving and storage issues so much easier!

My initial contact when reserving the unit was very good, the sales associate that assisted me was friendly and helpful. I don't think the present staff is as friendly or helpful.
