Would have been a 10, but the price went up on me a bit. But overall its been a great experience.

New facility

Cubesmart would be my first choice in storage. The staff was super nice and helpful. The facility was clean, safe and easily accessible. The location was convenient to my home and I used it while I was selling my to store items while I was listing it and showing it.

Nichole and staff are awesome! Place is clean and they actually have a climate controlled facility compared to other that don't.

Great customer service

The staff are wonderful. The unit and building is always clean. The lighting in the hallway was frustrating as it didnt stay on too long but once it went off sometimes it was difficult to find the spot that would turn it back on at this facility. The amount of price increases is frustrating. However, the staff at this facility were very helpful with this matter.

A very nice lady helped me choose the unit. Also your property is so much nicer than other places and you’re about 1/2 mile from my house.
