The service

I am giving this rating because the storage unit I rented had a major water leak issue. During my move, rain managed to get inside the unit, causing water damage to my belongings. I was forced to throw away several items that were completely ruined. I paid for a secure, dry space to keep my things safe, and instead, I ended up losing personal property due to the poor condition of the facility. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The ease of renting the unit, an uncomplicated website, the friendly employees, the unit was nice and clean. Just a fantastic experience overall.
