Unit was clean and complex convenient. The only complaint I have is the hvac unit on my side of the building was not working so my unit was not as “climate controlled” as I had hoped.

Cube Smart has wonderful workers that goes above and beyond what they need to do. My girlfriend has had a Storage unit with the same staff for four or five years now.

I have been a customer for several years. I have not had any problems until this year. The multiple times I complained about the problem went unresolved with a continued promise to fix it later.. yesterday was the last straw.
