1) This company is PREDATORIAL, offering a deal to lure tenants in, then raising rates every month...because they can. They have your property, so they take advantage. Move.Unethical, should be illegal.2) They're charging premium rates for garbage properties...advertising their premium properties. Fraud?3) Lack of Security. Gates never close, seems people are living in these units.Their excuse=There's a Police Station across the street (Old Frankfort Ct., Lexington, KY)Bad Business; I hope it gets them shutdown, sold.

Bait and switch on posted pricing.

I didn’t really like the outside storage experience. In the summer I found that my unit had been invaded by spiders. Overall the customer service was great. I ran into an issue and it was immediately handled by the manager who was out on maternity leave when the incident happened.
