Clean facilities, awesome staff are the reasons for recommending. The things I would say for them to consider long and hard, INSANELY HIGH MONTHLY RENT PRICE, RIDICULOUSLY HIGH CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE and hours of operation that are not very convenient.
