I was a return costumer and choose the location for the advantage of having a free use of a move in truck. I prepaid online with a customer service agent who told me after i paid that i can go in person to see the moving truck and store hours that Friday she were until 6pm arrived at 4:50 to see the attendant closing the doors. She denied us service and said sorry and that she was closing early because she was overworked, tired and the company had her moving from locations they had no staff and she had to rest. I asked hours of operation for next day (Saturday that was my moving day) and she told me Sorry I will no open Saturday, I am exhausted and don't want to open tomorrow. I explained that I had hired people and she said that she would not come because she would have to wait 4 hours while i used the truck. She said sorry, come back Monday. I explained that that wouldn't work for us and asked to please reverse my transaction and refund my money to use at a different company and she told me that this had to be done by customer service. She got in her SUV and left us in the parking lot. I called Customer service and was told that the lady that denied us service was who had to refund my money. Customer service said that she was starting a case and the District Manager was going t contact me by Tuesday next week. I never got a call, nor an email. I had to go through my bank and wait for the transaction to come through and cancel it that way.. Awful experience.

Location staff, Tammy in particular is very helpful and makes herself available to when needed or to answer questions. I have used the four years and this location is an excellent one.

The locker was excellent, the facility was excellent, the SERVICE ESPECIALLY WAS EXCELLENT - Tammy at the North Chicago office was spectacular, world class service - She is an asset to your company!!!! The only reason I left was the outrageously high price increase you passed on effective April 1...(was $109 increased to 133 that's a 22% increase.. - - holy inflation batman!!! (cost increase is reason for only 9, otherwise this would be a 10 score).
