Staff is always helpful, pleasant, and professional. Assess to storage is convenient, surrounding and interior clean. No left behind garbage. Always felt safe even after office hours

Great customer service

It would have been higher , however, the apparent new policy of not allowing patrons to use the dumpsters has significantly lowered my opinion of this location. And I say new policy because years ago I used the same facility and was able to use the dumpsters (then 2) and when I moved in this time there were two and they were open and available as it is well known that 85-90% of things people put in storage end up in the trash.

Great follow up from the office. Online process was simple and fast.
