Freight elevator not level with floor. No reason for poor workmanship. It was a pain to wheel things onto elevator.

The location of the facility and the unit size, combined with easy, street-level access was ideal. However, we moved in and within 2 months the rate was increased by 22%, which is highly unreasonable. Combined with no pro-rating for an early-month move out, I feel the experience was predatory.
