Great customer service

It would have been higher , however, the apparent new policy of not allowing patrons to use the dumpsters has significantly lowered my opinion of this location. And I say new policy because years ago I used the same facility and was able to use the dumpsters (then 2) and when I moved in this time there were two and they were open and available as it is well known that 85-90% of things people put in storage end up in the trash.

Great follow up from the office. Online process was simple and fast.
