The staff is always friendly and helpful.The building is always clean and well maintained. Me and my parents have been renting here for over a year with zero issues.

I was with cubesmart for 4 years, and the last 6 months I’ve had nothing but issues. I moved to a bigger unit and when they “signed me up” for automatic payments it never worked. Every month I was inquiring late fees because it didn’t work and every time I went into the office to have them fix the problem, it never happened. I was also charged twice by the person working in the office while actually coming in to pay. They managed to charge me twice, and when I went in to get a refund, they said that I had to go through my bank. So I went to my bank and they correctly processed the refund. I was still charged a $20 fee somehow for my refund and overpayment that was their error. When I asked the worker to put me in touch with somebody from corporate, she just kept saying that she would have somebody reach out to me and I still to this day have had nobody reach out. She kept talking about how many customers and accounts cubesmart has as if I was not important, which upset me because I’ve paid my rent every month, on time, with no problem. No,I would NOT recommend using Cubesmart to anyone. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

Ms Michelle is phenomenal!! If I can give her a review separately I will!! She really cares about the people who come to her facility. The score of 0 is because cubesmart the company isn’t forthcoming about rental increases that happen so often, every 3 months you’d be paying triple what you initially paid before a year utilizing cubesmart. Transparency matters a lot! Cubesmart does great getting you in then gets you stuck with $40 (could be more could be less) rental increases every 3 months.
