I paid $170 to make sure my building was not locked so I could shut it down. I closed it out 2 days later. They will not refund or credit any of my money back.

The price of the storage unit is reasonable. When I got to Cube Smart I felt welcomed by Ona she is an ambassador to your company.She has great customer service along with people skills and very patient. Thank you Ona for your kindness.
