Manager was attentive. Price is great.

I ran into a lot of problems with the reservations. There were too many people involved and the communication between them was non-existent. I also had to pay for another full month even though I only needed the storage one more week. Rates should be prorated!!! They end up charging two people for the same storage unit! How fair is that?! Oh, the unit was full of bugs--silverfish. Now they are all over my new home!

Convenient location, storge units very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The monthly rental fee was affordable and reasonable.

The location is great, but you keep raising the prices it’s unrealistic.
