I paid $170 to make sure my building was not locked so I could shut it down. I closed it out 2 days later. They will not refund or credit any of my money back.

The price of the storage unit is reasonable. When I got to Cube Smart I felt welcomed by Ona she is an ambassador to your company.She has great customer service along with people skills and very patient. Thank you Ona for your kindness.

I ran into a lot of problems with the reservations. There were too many people involved and the communication between them was non-existent. I also had to pay for another full month even though I only needed the storage one more week. Rates should be prorated!!! They end up charging two people for the same storage unit! How fair is that?! Oh, the unit was full of bugs--silverfish. Now they are all over my new home!
