The website is not user-friendly. There were a number of things I couldn't do and therefore ended up calling the office. I had to to adjust the reservations a couple of times. It was a nightmare...from the phone calls, the numerous different people who ended up "helping", to the mass confusion on the reservations. The email confirmations said one thing and the people at the office said another. The pricing was not right either. After a number of calls, it did all get squared away thanks to Christy (trainer?) and Michelle (new manager I think). In the end, it all worked out.

Great customer service and unit was clean..

The staff is excellent and the storage is so clean and well maintained.

1) Cube Smart has an unreasonable habit of excessively raising the storage room rental regularly. Mine went from about $80/month to $175/month in a series of three por four raises and a period of about 3 years or so. That's well above the national annual inflation rate.2) Cube Smart doesn't do their regular inspection and maintenance programs well at all. I have had the closest door to my unit broken for three or four months at least. This results in a walk of about 100 yards to get from an available door to my unit. Local management has tried honesty and repeatedly with their senior management, but to no avail. There are three new storage companies within 2 miles of my home which I will try out and leave Cube Smart in the dust with their high prices and broken doors!

Clean and nice environment

Cube Smart has a history of making frequent exorbitant rate increases that don't mirror the general economic picture.

The lady who assisted me was great. I am from out of state and she took the time to ensure I correctly made the reservation and assisted in making sure I had a good location for my move. A few days later when I arrived she made sure I understood all the paperwork and clearly directed me to my unit.

Excellent customer service, will only use this company for all my moves. Absolutely wonderful staff and always have great prices.
