The Lee's road location does not have enough staff. NINETY EIGHT PERCENT OF THE TIME, NO ONE IS THERE TO HELP WITH LOCK OUTS, ACCOUNT QUESTIONS OR RENTAL CONCERNS.

I rented the unit under a special and within a few months the monthly rental almost doubled. Also there is no grace period and the late fee is excessively high.

The area was always clean. Management were very friendly, there was always a cart to move your stuff and it was close to where I used to live.
