Continuous increasing monthly rates for extended use renters. CubeSmart offers a “great deal” to new renters, but then begins raising rents until, eventually, rents reach prices far above the standard rate!!!

A smooth and amazing experience. I was able to do all check in steps through my phone, and was called my the employee to ensure I had no questions on move in. I moved my things after hours and had an easy process getting through the gate. Once I opened the unit my lock was sitting waiting. Overall great service.

I secured a unit with you in March 2026 and your raised the rent significantly in 3 months!!!!! I'm a new customer and already your gauging me.As a senior citizen on social security I don't get income raises. You've made having a storage unit a hardship.I have another unit with you and you did the same. I can no longer afford this and will be looking to make other arrangements for that one also. This is unacceptable way to treat what could have been a lontime customer.
