The ladies at the storage unit were awesome. They were great. They were helpful. Miss Tabitha was the greatest. She took her time, explained and understood, but when she had to transfer me to home, Office, I had an incident with one of the big managers at home Office and she was very rude. Highly rude she didn’t let me talk. Stayed interrupting me, but I spoke back with Tabitha and she politely. Miss Tabitha is a great worker one of the best that you have. this Tabitha works in Lithia Springs again. She was a joy. And has the best customer service

The increase in pricing over time was a bit annoying due to the fact that I had the SAME unit and the SAME size.

ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS WERE EAGER TO ASSIST NEWCOMERS. VERY IMPRESSED! "HATS OFF" TO ERIC, WHO STAYED PAST CLOSING TO HELP ME SET UP THE APP, PASSWORDS, ETC. JASMINE WAS GREAT AS WELL. REAL GOOD PPL!!!!!

The staff is very nice, respectful and always willing to help. The premises is always super clean, and comfortable. There was no issues with any type of insects, roaches or rodents. I always felt very safe when I went there.

The storage we were assigned was broken we did no this til after we put all our stuff in. They wanted us to move all our stuff out and put it in another storage. Crazy … because I refused to move all my stuff again. They put a red lock on it. Which they can only take off. I called and showed up several times no one answered or was in office. It took 7 days before I could get back into my storage. It was also filthy dusty and dirty, they said they for got the clean them out.

It’s going on 7 days I have not been able to access my storage because the lock was jammed when we attempted to close the door. I informed the office on the 6th and still have not been given access to my storage.

I loved the location and the security. I did not love that you began to increase my costs.

The service was always good but the entrance door and elevator on the back side of the building where my unit was located was always malfunctioning or out of order. In addition, as a DJ that was very frustrating.
