No trolly to take my stuff inside.. the one there is broken and can be dangerousness.. it scratched my leg …. No good

I really never had an issue very responsive when need help and Even when I transfer to the next floor it was smooth.

I have had this storage unit for a little over 10 years. It is clean however the management needs some work. There’s been much turnover and I had a tv missing when I paid on my account and lock was broke. In the end I’m glad to be finishing and cleaning out my storage unit.

The staff was great. Very helpful. The facility could use a bit of work. Some lights were out near my unit.

That’s what I chose

Constant price increase for very small space and loyal customer. Unwillingness to refund insurance charge when insurance policy info is provided. Moving equipment constantly missing or in poor shape. No response to voice mail messages.
