Constant price increase for very small space and loyal customer. Unwillingness to refund insurance charge when insurance policy info is provided. Moving equipment constantly missing or in poor shape. No response to voice mail messages.

They just assume the worst then wrongfully terminate you from your unit dont care to give a another shot your gone just because it's what is and or what it looks like so I will never come there again it tell anyone to do business there

I was there from late 2022 until late 2025. There was always a shortage of carts, lights out around the building causing me to never feel safe. The heating and air on the third floor never worked properly it was hot in the Summer and cold in the winter including the day I finally left. I paid for climate control but never felt that it was completely climate control. I begged for almost 6 months for light bulbs to be changed so that I could see in my unit which was already in a spot that had no light beam in front of it. I started out paying around $200 for my unit but at the time I decided to leave it had gone up to 4285. I refused to pay that amount when I had to provide my own lighting heat, air and cart when I went to my unit. I asked the general manager to freeze my account so that my rate would remain steady for at least a year and she refused. Since my continued patronize wasn't valued I took it elsewhere. Also, the reason I got about the not having more carts was that "People steal them" I do understand that, but we also pay a lot of money for the units so buy more. I know that if this property was in Sandy Springs or Morrow the property would have been maintained better.
