Safe and easy access

You guys raise your rent every three months and I don’t like this. Also, you have no representative working at your facility on a regular basis that also is frustrating when you’re trying to take care of business. Also, at this particular location, the manager who runs this location, her attitude, stink. A young lady that was very helpful. By the name of Jordan, she’s very pleasant and you need more people like her.

The service. Late on one payment and a lien fee was attached

When I went from two units to one the regional manager I guess went up on the price and I was paying more for one unit. Had to ask to move to another unit to get the price down. Finally the manager just rewrote the contract which is what should have happened in the beginning. Two to three months later the went $45. Elevator is always not working, poor lighting had to send email to request they change the light bulbs. Can never get anyone to answer the phone unless they are calling because your bill is pass due. I e encountered some nice workers but management is unresponsive and poorly managed. Left messages with regional manager if that’s the right title but the office in Kennesaw she never called or email back or and any of her staff to reach out. Just bad. If I had the help sooner I would have moved out sooner.
