The Lee's road location does not have enough staff. NINETY EIGHT PERCENT OF THE TIME, NO ONE IS THERE TO HELP WITH LOCK OUTS, ACCOUNT QUESTIONS OR RENTAL CONCERNS.

I rented the unit under a special and within a few months the monthly rental almost doubled. Also there is no grace period and the late fee is excessively high.
