My only issue was the regular price increase notification that I’d receive. Im not a person that needs a storage but it was convenient to have. Low pricing matters, especially since the unit wasn’t a necessity. Customer service was great and the facility very clean!

Paid for 2 large units on time every time for more than a year, rent went up every few months, from beginning I was given a bad unit with bent door at the bottom and had difficulty locking every time.

Even though the unit was indoors my items still got mold on them. Paid all that money for years,bto protect my items and still had to throw somethings away.

Initially, the promotional fee was economical and great. In less than six months, the pricing rate kept going up for no reason. I did not change my units, and there was no maintenance on the company's part. I believe it was unfair to me and others. I did my due diligence when selecting your facility. There is disconnection between online customer service information and physical storage company on what is true price point for customers. All customers beware of the tactics.
