Very poor business practices. Raised rates 2 times in less than a year. Sent notifications thru mail had no time to deal with it. Charge a convenience fee to pay online and no consistent person at location and you can only pay at your location.

My only issue was the regular price increase notification that I’d receive. Im not a person that needs a storage but it was convenient to have. Low pricing matters, especially since the unit wasn’t a necessity. Customer service was great and the facility very clean!

Paid for 2 large units on time every time for more than a year, rent went up every few months, from beginning I was given a bad unit with bent door at the bottom and had difficulty locking every time.
