Was a very safe and secure location.

Even though the unit was indoors my items still got mold on them. Paid all that money for years,bto protect my items and still had to throw somethings away.

Initially, the promotional fee was economical and great. In less than six months, the pricing rate kept going up for no reason. I did not change my units, and there was no maintenance on the company's part. I believe it was unfair to me and others. I did my due diligence when selecting your facility. There is disconnection between online customer service information and physical storage company on what is true price point for customers. All customers beware of the tactics.

Because The Cameras Were Removed & My Storage Was Broke Into I Told Management About Having No Cameras Was A Security Risk Months Before 20 Units Were Burglarized

The annual increases were significant; however, I do feel that my items were safe and secure.Additionally, I rented my unit at the Lithia Springs, Georgia Location. The individual by the name of Tammy should never answer the telephone as a representative of CubeSmart. I spoke to Tammy twice, the first time, I asked questions to determine what the procedures were for moving out, she spoke in a very nonchalant, rude, and curt tone. I called again after I moved my things which was 9/25/2025. My move out date indicated 10/30/2025. I asked about the discrepancy of the date and she stated very as a matter of fact "I wasn't there". At any rate, very rude and indignant to say the least. Everyone else that I spoke to at this location was very pleasant.

I love the location but construction made it extremely hard to get in and out.

My time with CubeSmart was great. I completed the need for the storage space and will use you again when needed.
