The facility looks clean, the employees were helpful, and the location is easy to get to. More importantly, the employees were kind and patient with my elderly parents and very kindly answered their questions - no matter how many times they asked the same thing.

Place was clean. Customer service was very responsive. I received plenty of updates about upcoming bills or charges so that I wasn’t blindsided. I would definitely recommend the one off of 423 in Frisco.

The Door was very hard to open. Noticed a big Dent in it. There is a wet spot on the floor and insulation is hanging down from the ceiling.

Easy to move in and out. AC conditions and storage unit venue were kept throughout the time I was there.

Price started out low and within 6 months it had almost doubled you're not giving the customer anything to charge more, but you raise the price like crazy

I reserved online but I never was able to use the unit never used it. When I called to see if I could cancel, the lady on the phone was so nice to me made this so easy .
