Wonderful space, but every couple months the price went up until it was so much we had to move out. Really convenient so it was disappointing.

After being there you did a bait and switch. Got me in on a low internet price, then three months later you increased the rent fee. When I went in to talk to your staff about it they were very unfriendly and had a dozen (very poor/odd) reasons why the price went up and why I couldn't go back online and rent a different unit. You have VERY POOR to NON EXISTANT customer service and business plan. Shame on you!!
