Poor service, double billing, lack of computer taking money out of account, constant dun notices, and then raising prices for your lack of concern when you changed store numbers.

This is the second time you have taken me off of auto pay due to your system. I don't have time to keep filling out the same information so I move my stuff to another storage company.
