The staff at the Green Valley location was super friendly and helpful.

I would have given a 10, but I honestly didn’t like the fact that the price kept continuing to rise. Also, I loved out on 6 June and there is no proation. I wasn’t even there a week and I get charged the whole month doesn’t make any sense. I would have moved out before the first, but I wasn’t in the state. You all really should pro rate for the sake of the customer. Other than those two issues, i had no other issues and the office girls were always so nice.

The storage unit itself is fine, but at least two or three times I tried to access it, the gate didn't work and it took too long for anyone to do anything about it. I also tried to call about cancelling my subscription but I had to leave a voicemail, then nobody called me about it and they still tried to charge me for another month.

Didn’t like price hike when storage units changed hands. But checkout process was easy and quick.
