Not only was Casey so helpful with our move, she went above and beyond and immediately developed rapport with us on our first time meeting. I feel bad for this survey being delayed but I must finally say she is the biggest reason I’d continue to choose CubeSmart as a storage option in the future.

I really appreciated the accessibility and ease of getting and loading up the storage unit. Not only was it safe, secure, private, but Casey working the front desk would probably be the highlight of our experience. She was so understanding and supportive and made herself available for each of our needs.

Way too expensive in that market. Also predatory business practice. With over $80 for an inside 5x5 plus mandatory $16 Insurance. For a $103 total per month in Little Rock?

Once CubeSmart took over this property from a local owner, the prices went up 40% then after a few months, 40% more. Unacceptable. I moved out to a much less expensive, locally owned but just as nice storage business 1/4 mile away. Really, whoever is behind CubeSmart's price gouging must be a dick.

Very happy with the staff member who assisted me plus the overall cleanliness of the units.
