It was easy to sign up and Lou at the location I used was outstanding. I had a couple of questions at first that she answered efficiently and promptly. The unit was completely clean and easy to access.

Everything was great as far as the rental process. Its the actual storage unit that dropped a point. It doesn't seem very secure, but perhaps all storage units have thin doors that appear easy to break in to?

Lou the property manager was so welcoming , very helpful and personable! She was awesome and met our needs in such a timely manner! And in today’s world I thought it was fantastic!

Your price constantly went up and then to get a much better deal I had to move to a different unit. The office manager was wonderful. The staff very helpful but why the force of switching units to get a better Price?
