I have rented from a this location many times over the past 15 years and have never had any issues with the unit, the payments or the staff. When I went to check out, I went in and spoke to Lou Cruz. Beyond nice and professional. She Informed me of all the steps that would take place for my move out. She emailed me the same day and made my experience beyond positive!! I would recommend renting from this lace if you need to. Reasonable prices and great staff. Thank you again!

Rate increases made affordability rapidly decline

Lou was extremely helpful in helping me. As a senior I really appreciate the person to person contact, as the electronic version was not easy to see all the details, prices, etc.

Too frequent rent increases. Had 5 units rented. With the constant increases, became too costly. We are a 501c3.

Rents are raised too frequently and by to much. I have 5 units and am paying almost double what I originally contracted for 2 years ago.
