Very friendly staff. The inside of the building is clean. Each unit number is easy to see. Security cameras are all around inside and out.

Easy process

The staffing sucks. They tell you one thing and then do another. Won’t give you a phone number to talk to corporate, or the district manager. I actually had a staff member told me I technically didn’t have to pay until the 20th of the month. Two days after my billing day when I went online to pay on the 20th of, I was hit with $120 late fee on top of my 127.00 fee.
