The staffing sucks. They tell you one thing and then do another. Won’t give you a phone number to talk to corporate, or the district manager. I actually had a staff member told me I technically didn’t have to pay until the 20th of the month. Two days after my billing day when I went online to pay on the 20th of, I was hit with $120 late fee on top of my 127.00 fee.

I had an excellent experience with CubeSmart. Especially compared to other storage units I have used in the past. The building was clean and secure. Customer service was excellent. They even called me once to notify me that allow my unit was locked, it was unsecured as I had not pushed in the lock all the way last time I was there. I had no issues with moisture, mold, insects or rodents. And the dollies were always available for use. 10/10

Because the rent keeps going out and the insurance they force you to buy sucks. It doesn't cover claims or honor paying for anything that got damaged while in storage.
