Easy process and great facility and location

Management supervisor for district has not call me back yet and property managers are extremely rude and office smells like pot. Made me healthy I’ll. I have stage 4 cancer and in the village of lombard all smoking is to be done 15feet from door and not inside’.

Great staff. Always accommodating and helpful. They answer the phone and provide the information I am looking for. This is my third or fourth time using this location and they have always been GREAT!!!!

You provided what I needed at a reasonable price.

It’s been absolutely gut, wrenching to have to deal with CubeSmart, the store, management, and corporate. The way rates are raised should be criminal. And by the way, when my friend went and cleared out the unit, there were nothing but mice droppings in my belongings. That added insult to injury.

Sometimes the communication is not clear in regards to certain things.

Really friendly agents. Clean. Well kept. Accessible and convenient hours. Well hated and no problems getting in and out for renters. Lots of size choices and you can buy all the extra supplies there for reasonable prices.Customer service is very responsive

There is mouse dropping all over my stuff that was in the unit. The price of the unit goes up often. The staff at this location is very nice, that and the fact it is located near my house is the only reason i kept this unit so long.

Jonelle is very helpful and always helps us in getting a larger unit.

Easy access and enough room for our stuff. Plus it is reasonably priced
