I get offers at first and then they tell me after 2 or 3 months they increase the price which is to me is heading fee ( scam )

friendly and respectful staff, easy sign up process, clean facility, many options.

I went to the unit (looked online and called before to confirm it was open that day) showed up with movers and everything was shuttered, the office was closed, couldn’t speak to anyone, it cost me hundreds of dollars. When I asked to be refunded I was told it was not possible.
