I went to the unit (looked online and called before to confirm it was open that day) showed up with movers and everything was shuttered, the office was closed, couldn’t speak to anyone, it cost me hundreds of dollars. When I asked to be refunded I was told it was not possible.

Excellent customer service and facility’s

I was at Cube Smart for five years and experienced great facilities and courtesy. However in July of this year I called about moving to a cheaper unit in the same building and ws told I could move into a different 10 x 10. I reserved one and made arrangement for movers to come help me with the transfer. However, when I arrived at the facility i was told no units large enough were available and I ended up having to rent two different units. I complained several times about being so inconvenienced for something that was 100% not my fault, and merely wanted the move in discount continued for a month or two while I waited for the correct size to become available. I called many times and spoke with the manager but was given the run around and never got any acknowledgement of what was CubeSmart's mistake. Although everyone was very friendly and helpful overall, this was a big lapse in customer service that would prevent me from using CubeSmart again. IF I can't rey on a reservation there is not much point.

Youre charging me $807 for a unit that costs $263 on your website and refused to lower the rent.
