We moved out of state.

Rates were increased egregiously during my rental to the point I sensed CubeSmart were taking advantage of my rental needs. The rate more than doubled over a 3-year period from the non-promotional rate at the beginning of the lease. Extremely disappointed with the experience and I’ve warned other potential storage users to avoid the brand.

The facility is great but the $85 increase a month is a bit much.

Safe clean location. Helpful staff. Reasonably priced.

The facility and access to my unit is excellent.But I can’t recommend getting a unit unless in dire circumstances because of the ludicrous increases in rent.

The employee are very good

8/10 because the facility itself is clean and modern and the staff members are thorough, welcoming and patient. However the prices.. don’t even want to get started about the pricing.
