Good people, great manager

My rent was increased over 80% in less than 90 days. From 170 to 236. Once I complained, I was given a 45 dollar credit...for only one month.Subsequently, my rent remain at $236 for the next 4 months. Very unprofessional.

First and foremost, the staff you have employed at this location are the absolute worst. The one young lady who is always there wreaks of marijuana every single time I’ve come in, has an awful attitude and could no be any lazier. Second, the young lady who signed me up lied about the rates not going up. I signed up for $77/month and 3 months later it went up to $110. I called to speak to the manager I believe his name is Darius and he was even worst than the two employees. I asked for a district manager’s info and he refused to give it to me. I called customer service and they said the DM would reach out to me and he/she never did either. Like they say - the fish stinks from the head

My bill for the upcoming month was paid… I only used one day of it. (Bill due the fourth, I moved out on the 5th.) I assumed the month would be prorated but it was not. Disappointing.

Because the staff at my CubeSmart location 30-25 Northern Blvd in Long Island City 7were exceptional! Especially Dijon and Marcos, they were always very helpful and took care of any situation that arose.

Raise your rate every 2-3mths

You have no qualm about the facility or staff who are very courteous. However annual increases of 20-26% is unconscionable.That is unheard off.
