Love the space and employees all super friendly and on point. Price increase only reason I left. The quality of the space itself 10/10 and simplicity and convenience is also top tier

They had messed up my process of canceling the membership.

The staff at my CubeSmart storage facility is always friendly and professional. Dijon, who helped me close my locker, was great. He got the job done quickly. And the facility is well-kept and lighted. One of the reasons I closed the space — and settled on a 5 score — is the frequency with which CubeSmart raises my rent. I understand this is a common strategy in the storage industry, but it doesn't help your brand. I have another storage space at the same facility, and the next price increase will determine if I stay.

The constant increases on rent is not sustainable.

The service itself is good, but it’s often difficult to reach the on-site staff, and the 7 PM closing time is too early. There are no recycling bins available, which is inconvenient, and the floors aren’t cleaned regularly. The best part of the experience is the free move-in truck service — that’s excellent and truly appreciated.

I found the facility to be very clean and well kept, even the storage room was kept in very good condition. I have seen and used other facilities and they were not as nice as this one was.
