We had smooth experience with cubesmart. Front desk person was very helpful and accommodating. Only downside was. We had seen lot of mice dropping and rat feaces in storage. Will have to be prepared for it.

This experience has been hell. My unit was HORROR, no lock. No cleaning no nothing. It was filled with rat poop & multiple dead animals so I couldn’t even put my stuff in there!! Additionally, there was a crowd of really sketchy men- they freaked me out & were busting into units. When I asked for a resolution & refund, absolutely nothing! You guys are the worst. If I don’t get my money back I’m suing

It's a good storage facility. The staff is wonderful. I'm still there, I just moved to a bigger unit.

Everything was clean and easy to use. No leaks or damages within our there. And very reasonably priced for the space.

Ur app sucks .it didn't gv me real time totals so I was paying l8 fees Fix it
