Liked the facility and no longer needed the storage. But, we were getting tired of the slow but steady increases in price which seemed to happen every 6 months or so.

Exactly what I needed and was super easy to get a unit and then move out when needed. Only downside was amount of dust that entered the unit but I was warned about that.

The facility hours are reasonable, as are the prices. But the pest control is lacking, if not, non existent. My entire storage unit was covered in mouse or rat feces. Which made it impossible to keep some of my things. I didn't have any food in my storage unit, but im betting that some of the units do.

Communication is terrible. We tried to close our unit on a Friday, but when I went into the office they said their internet was down. They were supposed to get the district manager to take our card off file and then cancel us once the internet was back up. But they did neither of those things and we got charged for the next month even tho we'd completely moved out. I called the office a bunch of times and left multiple messages over a week (during hours when the office should have been open) and could never get in touch with anyone. Finally, I called the "rent a storage unit" extension and got a human at the district-level who couldn't do anything to actually cancel me, and who couldn't get a hold of the facility either. They said they would contact me or the store would contact me when it was all finalized and a refund was processed. Still not contact from anyone until this survey email came out. No email confirmation that my unit was cancelled, no invoice of my refund. Fortunately, I checked my account and the refund has been processed, which is good. However, the lack of communication and it being 100% my responsibility to get in touch and follow up is just unacceptable. I am glad we are free now.
