Upon moving my items out of storage, I noticed mold damage on my items. When I called in to advise the office that we moved out of storage, I asked about the mold. They mentioned they had a leak and issues with AC. I was NEVER advised there was any issues a leak or AC. I was offered a 800 number to call to file a claim. But, I had my own renters insurance with USAA and they don't cover damage caused by a leak. I am now at a loss with my items. To top it off I have a 15X30 unit with other items in your storage unit. These items include ALL of my furniture, clothes, antiques. I'm afraid to see what damage and loss I have form that. I would've expected better communication if there were any issues with leaks. Especially for the amount I was paying for 2 units. I will be contacting my attorney for my loses.

We picked Cube Smart for the location/price although we didn't know what side of town we would be moving to. Turns out that location was perfect and the price couldn't be beat. We got 1st month free and a couple of reduced price months as well. We also chose this place because they have both outdoor storage and climate controlled, of which we needed both. The office personnel were very pleasant, accomodating and well versed on the facility. We used their services from mid June to Mid Sept 2025 and very much appreciated the cleanliness, appearance and security.

Tori was amazing. She was so helpful and understanding when I had to get out of the unit early. Her customer service was amazing. She was kind and professional and I like that the staff is actually there often unlike many storage places where you can’t reach anyone. The rates are great and the facility is immaculate.
