great assistance, customer service, friendly, polite, clean facility and very helpful.

I rated Cube Smart on W Olympic Blvd in West LA, sheerly because of the GM. If he leaves, then my rating will match the new GM. Good people are hard to find these days, a fact that corporations are blind to. Personal/Customer service is the number #1 indicator of customer satisfaction.On another topic, I find that this location is very busy and yet understaffed. It should have 3 staff members on site. Many times there is only one staff in the office, with a long line of customers waiting.The GM alone would mandate a rating of 10/10, but with the understaffing issue, I gave it an 8/10.
