I HAVE BEEN AT THIS FACILITY SINCE 2014 AND FOUND IT TO BE THE BEST IN LOS ANGELES.SECURITY GREAT, GOOD AIR CONDITIONING TO PROTECT AND KEEP ART WORK IN TACT, GREAT LOCATION, AND ALWAYS WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL AGENTS. IN THIS FACILITY SI AND BRANDON HAVE BEEN SO HELPFUL AND REALLY A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH ON ALL OF MY STORAGE NEEDS. I rated Cube Smart on W Olympic Blvd in West LA, sheerly because of the GM. If he leaves, then my rating will match the new GM. Good people are hard to find these days, a fact that corporations are blind to. Personal/Customer service is the number #1 indicator of customer satisfaction.On another topic, I find that this location is very busy and yet understaffed. It should have 3 staff members on site. Many times there is only one staff in the office, with a long line of customers waiting.The GM alone would mandate a rating of 10/10, but with the understaffing issue, I gave it an 8/10.
