Hello,I wanted to share the reason I decided to close my account. The issue was related to the gentleman who sits at the desk closest to the door.I signed up online for a larger unit because I needed more space and planned to move everything from my smaller unit into the new one. When I approached him about accessing the new unit, he told me, “I told you that you couldn’t have two.” We never had a conversation about me having two units. My intention was simply to switch from the smaller unit to the larger one.Had the interaction been handled with a kinder tone or clearer communication, I likely would have remained a customer. I wanted to make sure you were aware of what happened.Thank you for your time.

I had just ordered this storage unit earlier this week.My first trip to the unit i was not greeted by anyone with a pleasant attitude. There were no availible carts to use - however there was someone pushing 3 carts ( empty ) from a truck to the elevator and going in circles like that. Then today when i had made my 2nd trip there to place some more ite.s in my unit, the employee on duty had hurried outside claiming that he had to lock the doors and that but i was not going to be able to put the items inside my unit. I explained to him that i had already paid for my unit and that u was supposed to be able to have access untill 10 pm. He said unless i had a $100 to pay him , i woyld not be able to access my unit.However the indivudual i spome with on the phone the day prior - to get the code for the green temp lock, was vary polite and helpful. Also the units are extreamly spacious and an extreamly fair price.

My storage got broken into the first year I rented it, which told me that your security is not that good. Then to make matters worse, right after that, you went up on the price. Then it seemed like you were raising the price every single year, in fact, I think you raised it every 6 months. And even though I carry homeowners insurance on my home, you erroneously increased my charges one month because you guys didn't reflect that I carry my own insurance. The space is not worth what you are charging and I would recommend that people look around before renting from you as I don't thin that it's
