I have had a unit for 4 days and it's been nothing but issues. First I paid for a 10x 10 when I get there, there's a 2x2 concrete pole in the middle of the unit making it roughly a 8x10. Second, when doing paperwork I was asked if I would be storing a vehicle, I had a moped and the guy was super rude with telling me that I wasn't allowed to store it there, I have no issues and took it back with me. The following day I took more stuff and got stuck on the 5th floor for about 30 minutes, the elevator was broken. So on the 3rd day, I got there to take my couch to store and my access was denied. I was told I wasn't to be there without a member of management. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told I had to wait. I ended up losing a lot of my things because I couldn't get inside the building where I pay to rent space. Access hours are until 10pm and I was denied around 7pm. I absolutely will not recommend this facility to anyone.

The customer service representative on site is Awesome but I gave this review because of the lack of communication. I wasted my time and gas coming to the storage during the access time only to not be able to get in. A mask email

The team at CubeSmart in Louisville has been so kind and helpful from the beginning to end. Always responsive and attentive to the needs of customers. I closed my unit mainly because I had to open a new one in Dallas. However, the pricing over the years has significantly increased and reached a tipping point for me, recently.... particularly because it's a monthly expense. I could've maintained two units in two states, but not at the combined cost.
