It’s nice to have an app to make payments and be able to access the lot, but some of my items got wet while in storage…not climate controlled even though location says they had climate controlled storage. Some items not even being on the ground had water damage, so must’ve had a ceiling leak or something. I’d pay attention more carefully next time and choose more wisely. Otherwise it was an ok experience and affordable.
