I don't believe that 80 degrees in the summer and 55 in the winter is climate control. There things that need to be stored at a stable temperature. Your storage doesn't have that.

We found many mice homes in our boxes and plastic tubs. They ate their way in. Destroyed many of my daughters plus animals.
